Report Options
Match the report to the medical issues in the case.
Different cases require different levels of medical review. Report options can be structured around the needs of the matter.
| Option | Best Fit | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| Chiropractic Review | Cases primarily involving conservative musculoskeletal care | Prognosis-based future conservative care and cost analysis within the expert's scope |
| DC + MD Review | Cases that benefit from multidisciplinary medical review | Coordinated analysis of prognosis and future care with physician participation |
| Expanded Physician Review | Cases with additional medical complexity or specialty issues | Additional physician involvement when appropriate to the questions presented |
Long-term conservative care
Depending on the individual case, future care can include periodic examinations, chiropractic treatment, physical therapy, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, pain management, specialist evaluation, and other medically supported care.
Case-specific, not package-based
The report option determines the level of review. It does not predetermine the medical conclusion or the amount of future care.
Scope matters. Each expert should offer opinions only within the scope of that expert's training, qualifications, and the evidence reviewed.
