Plaintiff & Defense
The methodology does not change based on who hires us.
Our role is to evaluate the medical evidence and explain the reasonably probable future medical picture.
Same questions in every case.
- What injury or condition is supported by the evidence?
- What is the reasonably probable prognosis?
- What future care is supported?
- What care is not supported?
- What is the reasonable projected cost?
The opinion follows the evidence—not the retaining party.
For Plaintiff Counsel
We evaluate whether the documented injury supports reasonably probable future medical care and explain the medical basis for that opinion.
For Defense Counsel
We evaluate the same evidence to determine whether claimed future care is medically supported, unsupported, excessive, or inconsistent with the record.
For Either Side
The report should be able to explain not only the conclusion, but how the conclusion was reached.
Neutrality is part of defensibility.
A reliable method should produce the same analysis regardless of referral source. The facts of the case can change the conclusion. The method should not.
Important: No website can predetermine a case-specific medical conclusion. Each opinion is developed after review of the actual evidence and within the appropriate expert scope.
